Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website and platform operated by Four Lines Capital Management, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Four Lines Capital Management, LLC provides a software-as-a-service platform for capital management and related financial analytics. Access to the platform is by invitation only and subject to additional agreements between you and the Company.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and entities that can form legally binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any systems or networks connected to it;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the platform;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the platform;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data — are the exclusive property of Four Lines Capital Management, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the platform and any information, data, strategies, or materials provided through it are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without our express written permission.
8. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.
9. Fees and Payment
Certain services may require payment of fees as set forth in a separate agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify fees upon reasonable notice.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavor to provide advance notice when practical. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOUR LINES CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four Lines Capital Management, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nevada.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Four Lines Capital Management, LLC regarding your use of the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
